Which Yoga Class is for you?

BodyMindLife Yoga teaches primarily Vinyasa Yoga.

The word vinyasa refers to sequencing a yoga practice in a particular way, moving progressively from simple to more complex poses in a flowing manner.

Our classes range from Vinyasa Level 1, through Power Vinyasa and Fluid Power Yoga to the gentle yet challenging Yin Yoga.
