To take advantage of our fantastic $25 for two weeks of unlimited yoga, simply turn up to the studio 15 minutes before class begins - there is no need to book!
Our yoga classes are designed to build a healthy balance of flexibility, strength, agility, and grace; bringing your body, mind and life back into harmony.
Like a dynamic dance, Vinyasa Yoga integrates asanas (yoga postures) and flowing breath to bring about a transformative and balancing effect of your body, mind and spirit. This process builds conscious awareness – our goal at BodyMindLife Yoga!
No matter how long you have been practicing yoga, you will find our classes uplifting, energetic and rewarding. We warm the room to a gentle 30 degrees Celsius, so be prepared to sweat and have fun!
Please note that all regularly scheduled classes are 90 minutes except for our Yin Yoga, Community, and 12.15 p.m. Open Classes (which run for 60 minutes).
