At BodyMindLife we believe practicing yoga not only re-shapes your body, it changes your life.

We created BodyMindLife Yoga Studio in 2001 out of a desire to share the transformative benefits of this 5000-year old discipline. Ancient yogic philosophy teaches that the body, mind and soul are integrated parts of the whole being, and if yoga were to have a goal, it would be to return us to that wholeness.

We have derived 5 basic principles from the Eastern yogic teachings set out in Patanjalias Yoga Sutras, and a scientific Western understanding of health and well being. These principles create the foundation for a healthy yoga practice, and bring this timeless ancient philosophy into a modern context. By applying this unique approach to your daily life, you will discover abundant energy and vitality, steadiness of mind and an inner joy that will radiate out to those whom you meet.
