Application Process
Step 1. submit application form
Step 2. upon submiting your application form you will be notified by email with your acceptance into Level 1 and / or the Level 2 training.
Step 3. Successful applicants will be required to pay a non refundable processing and administration fee of $500. This deposit confirms your place in the course. These details will be supplied with Welcome Pack and email that you will recieve.

In this module we explore the foundations of Living Yoga, designed for those interested in stepping into teaching or developing and enhancing their yoga practice and expereince.We introduce the 5 Pillars of Health and Wellbeing and how to Live Yoga in your life.

flexible study options
Students may choose to undertake BodyMindLife's 200 hour teacher training by full time or part-time study if their work or family commitments preclude them from taking the full time training. The 200 hour course is split into four 50 hour components offered over a seven day period. Individual week-long modules and/or individual subjects may be offered from time to time throughout the year, and students may participate in these so long as they take the components sequentially as each module builds on the last.
The course covers all courses outlined below, and comprehensive teacher trainining manual.
Course fee does not include text books, accommodation, meals or extra-curricular activities.
Please note that teachers are interchangeable and at the discretion of BodyMindLife Yoga

Level 2 - Yoga Therapy
Book into module module 5 : $A4,299 (cost for 3 weeks / 150 hours of study)
Please note that the subject, Living Yoga is a pre-requisite for all other subjects in this teacher training and therefore must be taken first.
