Mel did her first teacher training programme in south India at the Sivananda ashram. By her second class she was in headstand and healing old spinal injuries from a car crash she had when she was 15.
After practicing other types of yoga, Mel joined Baron Baptiste and 89 others in April 05 to further her training and become a Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher.
Mels classes take students through physical postures safely while at the same time facilitating change. She believes if you practice Power Vinyasa yoga for 40 days you can change your body and life forever!
Her teaching style is warm, compassionate and caring.
