To take advantage of our fantastic $25 for two weeks of unlimited yoga, simply turn up to the studio 15 minutes before class begins - there is no need to book!
Like a dynamic dance, Vinyasa Yoga combines asana (yoga postures) and flowing breath to harmonise and transform your mind, body, and spirit. This process infuses your whole being conscious awareness – our goal at BodyMindLife Yoga.
BodyMindLife classes are specifically designed to build a healthy balance of flexibility, strength, agility, and grace. No matter how long you’ve been practicing yoga, you’ll find our classes uplifting, energetic, and rewarding. We warm the room to a gentle 30 degrees Celsius, so be prepared to sweat and have fun!
Please note that all regularly scheduled classes are 90 minutes except for our Yin Yoga, Community, and 12.15 p.m. Open Classes (which run for 60 minutes).

We teach a style of yoga called Power Vinyasa, which holds vast transformative potential for students whatever their age, flexibility, or fitness level.
Through our fun and dynamic yoga classes, which are practiced in a room heated to 30 degrees C., you will strengthen, heal, and detoxify your body whilst calming and focusing your mind. From your very first visit you will feel more alive!
