Intermediate Master Class: Session 1
WHAT YOU WILL COVER IN THIS SESSION
This first Sunday session moves into Knoff Yoga’s Intermediate syllabus.We’ll take a deeper dive into the pranayama practices of The Yogic Full Breath, Ujjayi Breath, Viloma 1, 2 and 3, and explore the same group of postures as the Foundation session but with a more challenging and complex focus. This includes Earth & Sun Salutations, Inverted Poses (heating), Standing Poses, Arm Balancings and Forward Bends.
FULL PROGRAM OVERVIEW
These masterclasses are based on the Knoff Yoga Teacher Training syllabus (www.knofyoga.com), with Saturday focusing on the Foundation program and Sunday the Intermediate program.
The workshops are progressive; what you learn in one session will be the basis for the next. Saturday will prepare you for Sunday. If you can only attend one day and have not trained with Nicky Knoff previously, then it would be better to attend on Saturday.

Nicky’s teaching emphasis is on showing students how to look, listen and feel by honouring their ‘inner wisdom’.
Her teaching represents a bridge between Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: intelligent, anatomical alignment combined with linking internal energetic principles.

Foundation Master Class: Session 2
21st September$70 - $300
This second Saturday session continues with the Knoff Foundation syllabus but with a different focus. Pranayama will explore Surya Bhedana, Chandra Bhedana and Nadi Sodhana, Kapalabhati, and Sitali. Asana practice will cover Sitting Poses, Abdominals, Twists, Backbends & Inverted Poses (cooling).
Intermediate Master Class: Session 2
22nd September$70 - $300
The second Sunday sessions continues with the Intermediate syllabus. We'll continue our exploration of pranayama techniques Surya Bhedana, Chandra Bhedana and Nadi Sodhana, and Sitali, and introduce Bhastrika.
The asana practice will explore the next group of postures, including Sitting Poses, Abdominals, Twists, Backbends & Inverted Poses (cooling) - the same group of asanas as our Foundation session but at a more advanced level.
