One of the eight limbs of yoga, Pranayama can be an amazing tool to dive deeper into yoga and go beyond the physical practice.

Also known as breath extension or control, pranayama can be used to reduce stress, before meditation find another level of stillness and will leave your mind feeling calm and clear. It’s also a great way to clear out the energetic body.

Pranayama affects the autonomic nervous system which controls heart rate, gland secretions, respiration, digestion and blood pressure and, as taught on our yoga teacher training, is an important part of yoga practice!

Join Sarah for a slow stretch out before we take a seat and explore a few breathing techniques, followed by a blissful guided meditation.

Open to all levels however this workshop is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have high blood pressure.
