The Winter Solstice is an annual astronomical event that marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. This mid-point of Winter has been a time people have gathered together to celebrate and tune in to the energy of the earth and the universe for thousands of years.
In this workshop we’ll combine Sun (yang) and Moon (yin) sequences, breath work, and chanting to warm our bodies and brighten our spirit. Together we’ll celebrate both the cosy darkness of winter but also the lengthening of the days to come.
