Prenatal Reformer Pilates

Prenatal Reformer Pilates classes are safe for women at all stages of pregnancy. Led by our prenatal specialists, these 50 minute classes are designed to give you and your little one a head start with preparing for birth, and postpartum recovery. Classes have a strong focus on maintaining abdominal strength during pregnancy and education on pelvic floor activation. The classes will lengthen, strengthen and stabilise your body so you’ll leave feeling uplifted and energised.

Classes combine movements from the beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates repertoire. Props, options and modifications are always given throughout the session, and all levels of experience are welcome!
