INTRODUCTION TO PILATES

This free one-hour session at Redfern will demystify Pilates and provide you with the essentials to join a Pilates class. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, practice basic techniques and meet other Pilates newbies.

PILATES FOR BEGINNERS

Wanting to explore Pilates but not sure where to start? BodyMindLife’s Pilates for Beginners workshop is a 2 week introductory programme for those new to the Reformer or the Pilates method. The workshop equips participants with a solid foundation of basics and is suitable for anyone regardless of fitness level & experience. Presented in a relaxed, friendly & inclusive environment.

BodyMindLife Potts Point is home to a bright Pilates room with brand new resistance-based reformers. With just nine places available, our highly qualified teachers will guide you through a series of dynamic movements designed to strengthen, balance and tone.
