At BodyMindLife Sydney we teach Reformer Pilates using both traditional and contemporary methods, on state of the art, resistance-based machines. We believe in an integrated approach to total wellness, and have designed our classes not only to lean and tone the body but to increase control, balance, precision and strength. Our passionate teachers are the best in their field and small class sizes mean that every student receives personal attention within the dynamic environment of a group class.
Beginners and newer practitioners are required to start with a minimum of one Pilates Align class, regardless of fitness level or experience.
In the Align class you will learn how to use the Reformer machines and equipment and build your foundations gradually and safely, with a focus on instruction and alignment. We recommend completing at least 3-4 Align classes before progressing.
Pilates Flow classes are for more experienced practitioners, moving through a challenging series of exercises that incorporate functional movement patterns to strengthen, tone and balance your body, improve posture and prevent injury.
For those seeking even more challenge and variety, try our Pilates Dynamic classes. They’re fun, challenging and will progress your practice even further.
