Abi grew up loving dance, ballet and gymnastics. She started practising yoga in her early twenties and was captivated by how it made her feel, long after she had rolled up her mat – calmer, happier and more grounded. Keen to learn more, she completed a 500 hour yoga teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre in 2009. Two years later she discovered and trained in Anti Gravity, finding her passion for aerial acrobatics, gymnastics and yoga combined in one multidisciplinary practice. Abi’s classes are strong and inspired, drawing on her unique experience of the practice. She believes that within the excitement of flips and tricks, you can always find the yoga, anchored in the present by the breath.
