Amelia's passion for Pilates began three years ago. She wanted to compliment her strength and high intensity training with postural and core stability exercises. Falling in love with Pilates, she continued her studies to become a Pilates Reformer Instructor.
Incorporating her knowledge as a strength and conditioning coach, Amelia likes to empower her class through strong and challenging movements, focusing on functional movement, unilateral and stability exercises. She encourages her class to be body aware, executing each movement safely and with good technique. Her mission is for everyone to leave her class feeling stronger, sweaty and with a smile on your face.
