Amy's teaching style is intuitive and technical, strong yet soft and helps to create space physically and mentally. Coming from a background of dance she is passionate about movement in all it's forms, from vinyasa and acro-yoga to weight lifting, gymnastics and FRC. She shares all that she learns from her teachers and own practice, making sure to always give students room to move, learn, ask questions and be challenged. More than anything she creates a space where they can feel.
