Angela is a fully qualified pilates instructor and loves to use a mix of traditional
and contemporary styles to ensure her clients get a great workout and leave
feeling like they have learnt something new. Ange’s pilates journey started when
she was training for the Honolulu marathon and realised she needed to
complement her running training with core and glute activation. She fell in love
with this practice and really believes in the benefits for everyone. Ange has a
passion for helping people be the best they can be and just get them moving.
