Anna has always been movement and fitness obsessed. She grew up playing team sports and long distance running, but turned to Yoga in her early twenties and got completely hooked and qualified as a Yoga Teacher in India in 2018. Since then, Anna has continued to build on her experience and knowledge and went on to complete her Personal Training qualification (Cert III and Cert IV) with The Personal Training Academy as well as prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Anna was initially drawn to Reformer Pilates to help with a knee injury, but got completely hooked and went on to complete her Reformer Pilates training with Body Mind Life. Anna loves nothing better than correcting technique and pushing clients to reach their full potential, but most importantly classes with Anna are always about having fun and learning more about the body!
