Cloe is a STOTT certified Pilates instructor who left the corporate world in July 2013 to pursue her passion for all things Pilates full time. Cloe’s personal journey through her own Pilates practice to rehab a back injury has allowed her to gain a thorough knowledge of the bodies systems, as well as empathise and connect with her clients. Cloe’s keen interest in the biomechanics of the human body keeps her classes innovative, functional and dynamic, as she researches and explores traditional and modern movement modalities.

Cloe teaches with enthusiasm, joy and attention to technique to ensure all her clients get the full benefit from every class.
