Courtney has been practicing Yoga for over 8 years and Reformer Pilates for over 4, with a strong passion and devotion to wellness and living a holistic lifestyle, Courtney was quick to fall in love with the application of both modalities and the extraordinary way they compliment one another.

Courtney loves to mix it up and brings high energy and variety to all her classes that are challenging, embodying and themed coupled with a lot of body awareness.

With over 400 hours + training over the last 2 years Courtney is ready to take on every opportunity to encourage her students to evolve and succeed through their wellness journey.
