A stressed out, sleep deprived, executive corporate manager Dee started Anti Gravity yoga and her life began to change. For the better. While unable to perfectly perform the poses she loved the group who were trying their best and having fun while reaping the health benefits.As Dee continued with classes, her body started to respond to the stretches, finding flexibility and building strength. She practiced the breathing techniques when driving in heavy traffic, tried out mat yoga classes in different styles. Everything she had heard about yoga began to make sense – the connection with the body and breath, realisation of inner strength, the sense of calm and harmony that spilled into all elements of her life.
Now a qualified teacher, Dee shares her love of Anti Gravity yoga with all her students in welcoming, uplifting and accessible classes.
