Originally from Canada, Duncan now lives in Australia and has been teaching yoga since 2007. He is an ERYT 500 and has trained hundreds of teachers across the globe in 200hr and 300hr trainings. Duncan originally attended university for Biomedical Sciences and then later, Performance Dance, as a result his teaching draws both on the science and the art of the yoga practice. His style is best described as alignment-based vinyasa and is known to balance detail and technique with creativity and light-heartedness.
He has been strongly influenced by Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW, Jason Crandell’s Vinyasa Yoga Method and Baba Hari Dass’s Classical Hatha.
