When Fiona moved from the Netherlands to beautiful Sydney ten years ago, she was overweight and unhealthy. She wanted and needed to change her life for the better, lost 28 kilos and gained a much happier Self. While climbing the corporate ladder in the fields of Media and Marketing, Fiona studied nutrition, began the complimentary practices of yoga and pilates, and immersed herself in teacher trainings. She changed her body and career, and is now on top of the world, sharing what she loves.
