Gareth first began to meditate 15 years ago for stress relief and pain management after a spinal injury. An all encompassing sense of peace and connection was an added bonus. He brings with him many styles of meditation - from raja yoga, insight meditation and guru yoga to Taoist and Tibetan Buddhist methods which he prescribes to his clients as an AcuEnergetics practitioner.
