Her journey into health and fitness started in 2003, after finishing high school she went on a mission
to change her body and live a healthy lifestyle. She took up running, kickboxing and most importantly pilates, she was instantly hooked on how it made her feel on a mental and physical level, little did she know what the future would hold.
In 2006 she fractured her back whilst working at a Summer Camp in Los Angeles, 3 months after the accident Pilates
became a huge part of Helen's life and weekly routine. Attending Clinical Pilates sessions three times a week, coupled with Osteopathy she gradually rebuilt her body to become pain free.
In 2013 she decided to pursue her passion for helping others create stronger bodies, rehabilitate from injuries, enhance sports performance and lead healthier, happier lifestyles. She loves pilates because it works and it's a low impact form of exercise for everyone.
Helen is Stott Pilates trained, a Personal Trainer and has completed courses on Strength Training and Fat Loss with Tony Boutagy at the Boutagy Institute of Fitness.
