Jasmine is a very positive and lively person who will help you become a healthier and stronger you. After teaching swimming for over 7 years and dancing for over 15 years Jasmine has always lived an active life. After getting injured from dancing she decided to become a personal trainer and group fitness instructor to help people exercise safely. She has taught everything from Suspension training, to spin, to Pilates and also Barre. After doing her first Pilates course she realised that this was the path she wanted to take. It was a way of working the body that was so different to anything she had done before. It was challenging, rewarding and worked muscles she had never felt before. Now Jasmine has progressed into teaching Reformer to compliment her Mat Training and is always trying to learn more. Her goal for teaching is ensure alignment in movement and always have a fun and enjoyable experience while connecting the mind, body and breath.
