Active since before she could walk, Julia’s love of movement has been anything but conventional. Forget dance classes or sport - Julia was far happier climbing trees and scaling cliffs. Her love for yoga brought her to complete her 200 hour Teacher Training at BodyMindLife under the guidance of Simon Park, Noelle Connolly, and Kat Clayton. Her passion for yoga extends beyond the physical, into a deep reverence for the practice as a moving meditation; a tool that promotes holistic health on every level - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
