Laura H Hopes
Laura began her serious yoga practice in 2014. With a busy executive career, she was desperately seeking a way to find more balance in her life. After much searching, she curiously joined an essentials yoga program with one of Sydney’s oldest yoga schools. Within weeks she was practicing daily and never looked back.
Laura is now a certified Vinyasa teacher and is lucky to have trained and practiced with some of this generations most influential teachers, including Noelle Connolly, Joan Hyman and Shiva Rea.
With a solid daily meditation and yoga asana practice, Laura brings her own journey to the classroom, helping students to find balance, reduce stress and manage their busy lives. Taking inspiration from each of her teachers along the way, Laura tailors her classes to her students, creating an experience that calms and soothes the nervous system, whilst bringing strength to the body and clarity to the mind. Her classes take a holistic approach, with a focus on nurturing and caring for our body, mind and spirit whilst pushing the boundaries of what we think is possible.
