Laura has been passionate about training and keeping fit for over 15 years. A love for running and yoga sparked her interest in alignment and technique which led her to Pilates – and the completion of Certificate 3 and 4 with the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Also a trained yoga teacher, Laura believes that we can use physical challenges to come to a better understanding of ourselves. She loves to motivate and inspire others with the Pilates Technique, so that exercise become a pleasure rather than an obligation. Nurturing inner health, and developing the mind to find freedom through movement.
