Since using yoga as a way of dealing with a challenging juncture of her life in her min twenties Laura has believed and embraced the power of human movement and the strength it gives to not just ones body but the confidence and motivation it has on the mind.
Laura completed her education in personal training in 2009 and also went on to study Yoga but found her passion for Pilates in 2010. In 2014 Laura completed her certificates in Pilates Mat, Reformer and pre and Postnatal Pilates.
Laura has since completed courses on Athletic reformer, pre and post natal, Flexion and Functional movement screening.

I love the nurturing aspect it can have for woman to reclaim their body and sense of self after childbirth and I love how in can create a strong and resilient core for people looking to strengthen and develop power in alignment and range of movement.”
