Lis is a warm, engaging yoga and meditation teacher and has been influential in the wellness space for over 7 years. She is fluent at making these ancient practices relatable to modern living and believes they're invaluable life skills to access our most centred and creative self. She facilitates regular classes and workshops in studios and workplaces for wellbeing and performance.
She has been a devoted practitioner of yoga for over a decade, influenced by the heat of Ashtanga, the alignment of Iyengar and the stillness of Yin. She was compelled by the power of practice to not only heal but also positively influence so many areas of her life. In 2010 she embarked on her 240-hours Yoga Teacher Training and has been a full time teacher and avid learner since.
Her classes are creative and intelligently sequenced to progress practitioners in integrating suppleness and strength. She believe's yoga is a powerful method to establish a grounded state of Being for clarity and insights to flow. She facilitates this through yogic themes, pranayama and mindfulness.
