Lis has been teaching meditation and yoga in studios, corporate settings and privately for over 6 years. She is an experienced yoga teacher specialising in flow and yin yoga; educating beginners to progressive level students on how to integrate balance and presence on and off the mat. She is also a personable teacher of the popular, effortless technique of Vedic Meditation.
Lis's classes are designed to nurture healthy alignment and enrich student's awareness with anatomical and energetic themes and creative sequences. Her studies with teachers such as Tiffany Cruikshank, Simon Borg Olivier, and Sarah Powers continue to expand her horizons.
