Mindi's journey started in Pilates started in 2013. After shooting dance competitions as a photographer for 7 years, he became mesmerised by the strength and grace of the movement, and discovered many of his subjects had been using Pilates for their conditioning and body maintenance. Attending his first Pilates sessions soon after, he was hooked. He took things a step further and completed training in STOTT Pilates in 2014. Mindi has a passionate love of movement, grace, and body control with a keen eye for detail, and aims to teach by sharing his love of expanding our knowledge of our bodies and abilities.
