Oceane has always been very athletic. She practised swimming, volleyball, karate, horse riding and even rugby – but yoga was where she found her true self and passion. Her classes are challenging, fluid and fun and incorporate pranayama, mudras and yogic philosophy. She believes in the creative power of visualisation and the importance of safe alignment. When she is not practising or teaching she is usually cooking, baking or by the ocean where she feels peaceful and inspired.
