Ruby's yoga journey started in The Netherlands where she was confronted with the high demands and stresses of corporate life. Going through burn out at a young age led her to experiment with yoga and this discomfort turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She is now passionate about helping people reconnect with their body to guide them towards their potential and explore their own mind-body connection. Ruby has spent the past 4 years teaching and studying Vinyasa & Yin Yoga, meditation, breath, Reiki, energy work and a variety of healing modalities in Australia, to develop a greater sense of awareness and a deeper understanding of who we are as human beings.
Ruby's classes focus on embodiment, flow and anatomy. With clear communication and a down-to-earth approach, her classes are accessible to all levels.
