Saskia has been practising yoga for 30 years both in Australia and overseas. With roots in Iyengar, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Bikram, the practice is an integral part of her life.

Focused on the philosophical and physical components of yoga, her classes begin with dynamic movement, opening the body to prepare for deep release and readying the mind to find openness and clarity in stillness. Saskia believes that yogis are life-long students and teachers, and is passionate about sharing the joy and benefits with others.

She has over 500 hours of training with teachers including Sarah Owen, Janine Leigh, Nikki Barry and Simon Borg Olivier.
