Health and wellness is at the core of Sophie’s philosophy. She is extremely passionate about physical wellbeing and is on a continuous journey to deepen her learning of the pilates discipline and the impact it can have on the individual. Practising pilates for many years to compliment many other forms of exercise which Sophie likes to participate in from cardio to resistance training, you will often find her on the reformer, deepening her knowledge and understanding of the body.Being in a sedentary workforce, Sophie understands how important the benefits of pilates are – Sophie believes that the meditative sensation that pilates encourages paired with the alignment of the body can set you up for success in all areas of your life.Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious, as she prioritises the enjoyment of her students during class. Her goal is to see her students walk out of her classes feeling stronger, calmer and more invested in themselves.
