Souli has always had a passion for challenging movement and exercise. Starting her personal pilates practice at the recommendation from her physiotherapist to help improve her mobility and flexibility. She instantly felling in love with the graceful, intuitive yet challenging nature of the movement. It wasn’t long before she began her pilates training through Breathe Education and hasn’t looked back.
