Tamsin first discovered Reformer Pilates on the advice of her physio to alleviate issues from sitting at a desk all day and to improve all over body strength rather than just relying on running to maintain fitness! Hooked from the first session with how accessible it is to all levels of fitness and strength but most importantly how she was never bored in class due to the variety of exercises, there was always another new move to learn or a way to make something more challenging (or easier depending on what type of day you're having!). She took that love to the next level and completed her teacher training with BodyMindLife in 2019.
Tamsin is excited to share her love of the reformer and the benefits of Pilates in a way that will suit everyone and people at all levels of fitness.
