Tash completed her first teacher training in traditional Ashtanga with Iyengar adjustment and technique with Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India under the instruction of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. She has completed an Anatomic yoga training with Dr Ray Long and advanced teacher training at BodyMindLife. She continually draws inspiration from her teachers Noelle Connolly, Simon Park and Kat Clayton.

Tash’s classes guide students through an empowering practice that encourages self exploration of the body, mind and spirit infusing traditional Ashtanga and Iyengar into a fluid flow.
