Tash’s classes are dynamic and fluid with a strong focus on intuitive movement and energetic alignment. She infuses traditional and modern styles of yoga and links her lifelong connection to dance, rhythm and music to deepen a students experience into the processs of movement meditation and exploration.
Tash believes that yoga is the royal path to transformation, awakening and healing. With each mindful breath that harmonises the mind and body to cooperate in unison, the practitioner experiences true alignment to themselves. It is a powerful, unique and sometimes confronting yet beautiful experience that can not be explained in words, it is only something that can be felt.
Tash completed her first TT in a very traditional setting in Goa in India under the instruction of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar, a long devoted practitioner of yoga and student to both Sri K. Pattahbi Jois and Iyengar in 2014. Lalit introduced her to the teachings of Himalayan master Sri Swami Rama and this sparked the pathway to follow the Himalayan lineage of meditation.
She continued her advance modules at Body Mind Life with her teachers Simon Park and Noelle Connolly and completed an Anatomic yoga training with Dr Ray Long.
In 2019 Tash travelled back to India for meditation and stayed in the Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama Ashram, Rishikesh. She also began online study with renowned teacher Janet Stone.
