Tash is former ballet/contemporary dancer with a Bachelor of Dance Education and Dip Ed in Teaching. After having spent a few years in limbo with work and a chaotic headspace, she was initially drawn to yoga in search of grounding and clarity of mind. Through the practice of yoga asana, meditation & observation the practice very rapidly transformed her whole being from the inside out and she began the journey of self discovery and self healing.

Tash completed her first teacher training in traditional Ashtanga with Iyengar adjustment and technique with Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India under the instruction of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. She has completed an Anatomic yoga training with Dr Ray Long and advanced teacher training at Body Mind Life. She continues to be influenced and inspired by her teachers Simon Park & Noelle Connolly.

Tash’s classes guide students through a rhythmic practice that encourages self exploration of the body, mind and spirit infusing traditional yoga, dance and modern vinyasa into a fluid flow.
