I first began practicing Pilates as a form of exercise 7 years ago, while working shift work as a chef and juggling my six month old new son. As a passionate healthy living advocate and mother of two young boys I understand everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we’re doing and nurture our body we can achieve great things. I love that everyone – young, old, injured, triathlete, prenatal, postnatal – can enjoy long term benefits from Pilates. I believe Pilate’s focus on posture, core stability makes it an important practice for people of all ages and background. I am passionate about creating fun, dynamic classes that leave you feeling stronger, fitter and maybe a little sweatier. ?
