
Tricia has been a Pilates instructor for over 4 years and a practitioner of Pilates for over 10 years. She completed her Pilates qualification in 2012 with Elixr. Since then, she has continued to improve her skills, completing her Reformer and Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) training with STOTT Pilates. Her passion for Pilates is evident in her creative classes, teaching good alignment and technique, designed to challenge and encourage her students to strive for their goals.
Tricia stays active during her down time. You will find her in a Pilates class, Barre class, running in the park or sweating it out in the gym.
