Are you curious to learn more about Myofascial Release Techniques in yoga?
Want to help enhance your students range of movement?
Or keen to improve your own physical practice?
Join senior teacher and teacher training facilitator, Vicki Smart, for her unique 25 hour training. Myofascial release works specifically with the connective tissue (fascia) to relieve the tightness that causes muscle restrictions. In this course you can expect to take a more in-depth look into anatomy, exploring specific layers of fascia, common trigger points and referral areas for pain and rigidity. You will learn a variety of release techniques specifically designed to work one on one with students or in group class settings (or even on yourself)! Vicki will also share her breadth of knowledge across injury management and modification in the yoga practice as you review major muscle groups and performance management across athletic populations.
