Join senior yoga teacher and teacher training facilitator Vicki Smart for her unique 50 Hour Create & Cultivate with Confidence yoga training, and learn how to work one-on-one with students, or in group classes to safely address the injuries most commonly seen in the yoga room.
You’ll learn to:
- Understand anatomical range of motion through the shoulders, hips and spine.
- Confidently assess mobility, and better understand diagnosed conditions.
- Safely modify and tailor programs of yoga asana for injury management.
- Develop skills in myofascial release techniques, breath-work and meditation to assist in healing and recovery.
