With modern-day stress, anxiety and depression on the rise, breathwork and meditation have slipped into the mainstream to help people reconnect with their inner peace. Through this program, you will learn practices that will create long lasting changes in your mind, body and heart. And eventually, you will then take these practices and share them in classes, workshops and with clients.
Gain life changing skills through deeply meaningful methods
This program is a unique blend of the most practical and effective practices that derive from yogic, Buddhist and shamanic wisdom to create deeply moving and transformational experiences.
The first two weeks explore the foundations of yogic pranayama. You will learn about their original purpose in how they were designed to purify the energy body and to evolve your awareness. In addition, you will weave in the shamanic medicine wheel, and the wisdom principle of reciprocity to amplify your connection to your life force energy.
The following three weeks, you will explore the 9 energetic centers, their archetypes, bioenergetic grounding as well as bioenergetic activation to redirect the flow of kundalini energy through the spine through the chakra system and somatic exploration.
Weeks 6 and 7 focus on visualization practices that utilise sacred yantras through geometrical visualization practices that will deepen your capacity to focus and channel more insight from the Divine.
And the last three weeks will be focused on the power of psycho-spiritual transformation through the power of symbols and story through diving into an expanded state of consciousness via the path of shamanic journeying.
Philosophy behind this integrative & modern approach
In the east, meditation practices are mired in centuries of traditions and customs tied to the temples and monasteries. While many of the philosophies and practices are extremely important on the pathway towards greater awakening, it is often daunting and unrelatable to a modern day seeker who is intimidated by the austeries of monkhood.
In the indigenous communities around the world, there is an inherent respect for the laws of nature through the wisdom of the medicine wheel. The shamans’ way of diving into nature is through spoken dialogue and active prayer. Through the power of voice and sacred ceremony, you are able to enter into an expanded state of consciousness where you can receive inspiration and guidance from the higher realms of consciousness.
While we explore and integrate the practices from the Yogic, Buddhist and Q’ero lineages, this Shamanic Breathwork & Meditation Program offers a non-dogmatic approach. The aim is to teach powerful practices that are grounded in universal truths connected to Nature, so that powerful experiences can be universally accessible.

This training requires 40 contact hours in-studio and 60 hours of online training and homework via our easy to use learning portal to sink into. The benefits of having a digital portal is that you will receive lifetime access to the online material should you need to reference them in the future.
