Krishnamurti, Osho, Alice Bailey, Herman Hesse, Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle and the Heart Math Institute.Andy teaches from experience, using practical and accessible tools and techniques that are easily applied to daily life.
