Our accessible meditations support you to develop clarity and focus, and more effective response to the challenges of living. Classes are open to people of all levels of experience, from absolute beginners to those with an existing meditation practice.

YOUR TEACHER - Andy Amos

Andy began exploring different systems and traditions of meditation while living in London in his late 20’s. A diagnosis of type 1 diabetes a few years later left him shocked and led him to his first teacher, Erica Bagshaw, who encouraged him to train in metaphysics and meditation and, in turn, to teach.
He has studied extensively with scientist and holistic healer Doctor Reza Samvat, exploring the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, delved into Buddhist and Hindu traditions, and also the work of contemporary teachers and philosophers including Ramana Maharshi, Swami Rama, J. Krishnamurti, Osho, Alice Bailey, Herman Hesse, Thich Nhat Hanh, Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle and the Heart Math Institute. Andy teaches from experience, using practical and accessible tools and techniques that are easily applied to daily life.

Develop effective relaxation, harness greater energy and cultivate balance for body, breath and mind. Our practical meditations, when practised regularly, provide the foundation for improved physical and mental wellbeing.Classes are open to people of all levels of experience, from absolute beginners to those with an existing meditation practice.

Daragh has traditionally made his living with the power of his mind, having been involved in science and software development for most of his professional life. Ensuring that the mind is in good working order can be challenging. Daragh teaches meditation as a practical tool for helping to establish mental clarity and calm in the face of the stresses of the modern world .Having personally benefited from meditation practices for over a decade, Daragh has deepened his exploration through a number of modalities and traditions, including Mindfulness Based Stress reduction, the Western Insight tradition, various other Buddhist traditions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and modern science-based programs such as Search Inside Yourself. Daragh is a Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (The Gawler Foundation) teacher and a RYT 200 yoga teacher.
