We’ll soon be launching our 28-day challenge, The Transformation Project. This ‘wellness experiment’ is an opportunity to commit to a dedicated yoga, meditation and/or Pilates practice and experience how this can effect your health and overall wellbeing.

his project is more than just a fitness challenge or ‘quick fix’ program. It’s about creating meaningful and lasting change on and off the mat.

The Metrics of Transformation

Throughout the program, you’ll use simple, scientific tools to measure your:

SLEEP

ENERGY
& VITALITY

MOOD

After 28 days, you’ll not only be able to see and feel the difference…you’ll be able to measure it!

The collective results of the group will then be (anonymously) shared to provide real insight into the effects of a regular practice.
