Are you ready to bring a mindful touch to the seamless operations and transformative experiences at our Bondi Beach studio? 

As a part of our Studio Operations Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of our studio, from providing a warm welcome to overseeing administrative tasks and promoting our offerings.

Responsibilities:

    • Operational Excellence: Maintain a seamless flow of operations at the front desk, ensuring efficient scheduling, managing bookings, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
    • Member Engagement: Serve as a kind and knowledgeable point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, assisting with bookings and payments, and maintaining accurate member records.
    • Sales and Promotion: Actively engage and connect with members and guests, promoting our Yoga and Pilates classes, wellness hub, memberships, workshops, and retail products to drive studio growth and success.
    • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory management, financial tracking, and ensuring adequate supplies are available. Maintain digital records and paperwork, class rosters, and attendance records with meticulous attention to detail. It is a big plus if you have experience working with MindBody Online or Fit by Wix. 
    • Customer Satisfaction: Listen attentively to feedback and concerns, addressing them with empathy and professionalism to enhance the overall client experience.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for candidates who are task driven with strong customer service experience and a natural talent for making people feel seen and valued. Excellent communication and management skills are a must, as is a passion for yoga and Pilates, with a basic understanding of their principles and benefits. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are skilled at juggling conflicting priorities, and have a knack for technology and customer management software, we want to hear from you. You will also need to have the flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
