In a series of four masterclasses over four weeks, Sarah will break down the foundations of a yoga practice – from how to set up your mat and use blocks and straps, to the key poses you’ll go through in class. You’ll also learn how to modify if you’re injured, a little tight or feeling like a more chilled flow when you’re on the mat.
Held in our beautiful new wellness studio space in Bondi Beach, these workshop-style classes will be limited to six students only. You’ll be given one-on-one attention and care, so you can develop your practice in a safe way with confidence.
Suitable for brand new yogis, all fitness levels welcome.
