“Yoga, rather than a path leading to mastery, is an invitation to evoke mystery and channel a powerful, subtle, and ultimately unnameable energy that roams inside. A dedicated practice is like a rite of passage that guides one to sense, feel and remember that which inevitably resists identification.”– Tias Little.
When imagining the energetic or subtle body, the mystics and yogis of India and Tibet designed elaborate systems for navigating the body’s interior. These systems map the flow of breath, the animating force of prana, as it moves through our physical, mental and spiritual landscape.
Join Noelle Connolly and special guest teachers Rachael Coopes, Jade Clark and Sarah Routhier for an examination of the energetic body that is both practical and poetic at BodyMindLife Surry Hills.
