Vee will take you through one of her finest circuits playing with the reformers, mats and our beloved jump boards.
We’ll work through spring changes, muscle focus and how to use certain props, with Vee’s best workout playlist turned up loud and in tune with your heartbeat!
This fun, sweaty workshop has been designed to increase your heart rate and give you a boost of energy. Laughs also guaranteed.
