Hip-Opening with Annie Carpenter

There are many ways to open the hips—in this practice we’ll focus on both internal and external rotation in the hip joint. These orientations can release hamstrings and groins while bringing stability to the sacrum and the outer hips. Like many essential poses, if done well they can be highly beneficial and therapeutic for the hips and lower back.
