Join Vicki Smart for Injury Management and Therapeutics, and learn how to work one-on-one with students to safely address the injuries we most often see in the yoga room.

We’ll explore the shoulders, hips and spine, find out how to confidently assess range of motion, and better understand diagnosed conditions. You’ll learn how to modify and tailor programs of asana, myofascial release techniques, breath work and meditation to assist in healing and recovery

Time 8am – 5pm

Completion of all days of training and the homework assignment (practical exam) are mandatory

Students and teachers who have completed a 200hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Teacher Training Accreditation
50 hours Advanced Teacher Training accredited by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia. Note completion of this course does not make you a yoga therapist.
