About Carla:

Carla was first introduced to Pilates in 2001 and was immediately hooked. Carla’s classes are strong and always varied. Her focus is on form and movement, while encouraging clients to get the most out of their training. As a healthy living advocate and mother of two, Carla understands everyone leads busy lives but that if we love what we’re doing, and nurture our body, we can achieve great thing.

About Narelle:

Narelle is a fully registered Pilates instructor, a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Health Science and a Diploma in Fitness! She has a nurturing and confident approach to issues and injuries within the body and strongly believes Pilates is for everybody. She loves interacting with people and not only shares her Pilates and health knowledge but she loves to educate clients about their body – empowering them to achieve a higher level of well-being.
